Role Description

This is a full-time role for an F&B Service Associate, located on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Additional tasks include assisting with event setups and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and hospitality skills
• Experience in food and beverage service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in food handling
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
