Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Service Associate located in Amritsar. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring that all service standards are met. Daily tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness. The associate will also assist in resolving guest inquiries and enhancing the overall dining experience through attentive and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take orders and accurately serve food and beverages
• Experience in setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve guest inquiries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is beneficial
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
