Role Overview: As a Food & Beverage Guest Relations Executive (F&B GRE) at Galaxy View Hotel in Prayagraj, you will have a full-time hybrid role with some work from home opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer service and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. You will manage the culinary team, coordinate with service staff, take guest orders, address inquiries and complaints, and contribute to menu planning and execution.
