Position: F&B Executive
Outlet: KOKO Asian Gastropub, Mumbai.
Brand: Pebble Street Hospitality
Preferred Candidate: Hospitality passout with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, banquets, and events.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards.
• Ensure high-quality food, service, and presentation standards are met, along with compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and control inventory, manage waste, and collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods. Analyze financial data to improve profitability and manage budgets.
• Develop and implement menus and promotional offers to drive sales and meet customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance guest experience and revenue.

• Prior food and beverage experience
