F&B Executive

Food & Beverage Service:

• Greet guests warmly and understand their food and beverage preferences.
• Suggest suitable menu items based on guest tastes and café offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Prepare and serve beverages as per café standards.
• Communicate preparation and service turnaround times professionally to guests.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure high service quality throughout the dining experience.
• Collect guest feedback and encourage positive online reviews to enhance property visibility.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly inventory reports for crockery, cutlery, and service equipment
• Report any breakage or losses promptly as per internal guidelines.
• Support revenue generation through effective upselling techniques.
• Ensure the café area is clean, organised, and guest-ready as per meal timings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Guest Interaction & Hospitality:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Brief guests about the property, room amenities, and available services.
• Assist with guest luggage and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Note- Food and lodging will be provided to out-stationed candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
