Job Description

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for F&B Associate to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including weddings and conferences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Associate or similar role, with a minimum of years of experience.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
