Job Description

Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
Order Management: Accurately take and relay food/drink orders to kitchen staff.
Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and according to standards.
Payment Processing: Handle guest payments efficiently.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with kitchen and other staff.
Attention to Detail: For order accuracy and cleanliness.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience/Education: High school diploma often required, with prior Hotel management & hospitality/customer service experience being beneficial.
