Job Description

  • Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Accurately take and relay food/drink orders to kitchen staff.
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and according to standards.
  • Payment Processing: Handle guest payments efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
  • Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with kitchen and other staff.
  • Attention to Detail: For order accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience/Education: High school diploma often required, with prior Hotel management & hospitality/customer service experience being beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,400.00 per month
