You will represent the brand with confidence, creativity, and professionalism in Chandigarh. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every customer, ensuring they feel valued and confident. - **Product & Brand Expertise:** Stay updated on brand merchandise, seasonal trends, and styling elements to offer inspiring and accurate recommendations. - **Personalized Styling:** Provide one-on-one styling consultations tailored to each customer's style preference, body type, and occasion. - **Customer Issue Resolution:** Resolve customer concerns promptly with empathy and effective problem-solving. - **Sales Support:** Contribute to store sales targets through excellent service, cross-selling, and upselling while prioritizing customer satisfaction. - **Visual Merchandising:** Assist in maintaining attractive and brand-aligned displays that highlight key styles and seasonal looks. - **Store Operations:** Participate in daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. - **Customer Relationship Building:** Build strong connections with regular clients through continuous follow-ups, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. - **Feedback Sharing:** Share customer and product insights with the BNM & Operations Team to help bridge merchandise gaps. **Grooming & Presentation Standards:** - **Professional Appearance:** Uphold impeccable grooming standards and confidently represent the brand. - **Brand Uniform:** Wearing brand merchandise during shifts is mandatory to maintain consistent brand representation. - **Continuous Learning:** Actively participate in training programs to stay updated on trends, styling techniques, and brand guidelines.
