Fashion Stylist

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, fashion-forward female candidate who can style clients at the store, handle sales, manage influencer PR, and oversee customer order production & dispatch. This is a multi-tasking role for someone who enjoys fashion, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Styling & Sales

• Understand client requirements and style them for trousseau/ethnic wear.
• Explain product details, fabrics, fits, customization options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent in-store experience & relationship building.

2. Influencer Marketing & PR

• Shortlist influencers for collaborations.
• Coordinate shoots, product selections, dispatch & returns.
• Track influencer content, timelines, and results.
• Maintain influencer database & communication.

3. Digital Assistance

• Basic WhatsApp, Instagram DMs & customer follow-ups
• Supporting team with digital cataloging & content days.

Required Skills

• Strong fashion sense & styling ability
• Good communication & soft skills
• Influencer handling or PR knowledge is a plus
• Strong coordination & follow-up discipline
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
• Basic Instagram & WhatsApp skills
• Presentable, confident, and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,117.41 - ₹20,000.00 per month
