Fashion Operations Assistant

As a Fashion Operations Assistant at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand, your role will involve managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order flow and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: - Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely. - Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments. - Tag and label new products before stocking or dispatch. - Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards. - Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse. - Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations. - Support daily operational and administrative work as needed. To excel in this role, you should be: - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. - Comfortable with hands-on operational and warehouse work. - Have a basic understanding of garments, fashion products, and handling procedures. - Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory and logistics platforms. - Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. - A graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience in operations, fashion, or a related field. - Based in Gurgaon and available for full-time, in-office work.
