Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and manage the product assortment and collections

✅ Work with design and sourcing teams to select fabrics, trims, and prints

✅ Conduct market and trend research to align collections with customer preferences

✅ Analyse sales data to ensure optimal stock levels and product mix

✅ Collaborate with marketing for product launches and campaign planning

✅ Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities for growth

✅ Ensure timely cataloging and listings on our website and marketplace platforms

You’re a Great Fit If You:

💡 Have 1–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or fashion planning

👗 Possess strong fashion sense with a pulse on Gen Z trends

📊 Are analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in managing data-driven decisions

🗣 Have excellent communication and teamwork skills

⚡ Are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
