About the Role

Fashion Illustrator

Key Responsibilities

• Create

  hand-drawn and digital illustrations

  that capture the mood, silhouette, and detailing of couture garments.
• Work closely with designers to interpret creative briefs into

  accurate, high-quality sketches

  .
• Illustrate

  embroidery placements, drapes, fabric fall, and surface ornamentation

  in line with Anamika Khanna’s style.
• Develop

  concept boards and visual presentations

  for upcoming collections.
• Ensure illustrations clearly communicate design details for merchandising and production teams.
• Stay aligned with the brand’s ethos, maintaining a balance of

  heritage, craftsmanship, and modernity

  in all visuals.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in

  Fashion Illustration, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline

  (NIFT or reputed institute preferred).
• Exceptional skills in

  sketching and rendering fabrics, embroidery, and drapes

  .
• Proficiency in digital tools like

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or CorelDRAW

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Indian textiles, couture detailing, and contemporary fashion trends

  .
• A keen eye for

  color, proportion, and intricacy

  .
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and precision.
• A

  portfolio showcasing couture/fashion illustrations

  is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of

  luxury fashion, Indian crafts, and textile artistry

  .
• Experience in illustrating for

  high-end or couture brands

  .
• Strong sense of storytelling through visuals.
