Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal women’s wear collections aligned with the brand’s vision
• Create mood boards, concepts, sketches, and detailed design specifications
• Research market trends, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and silhouettes
• Coordinate with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams for timely execution
• Oversee fittings, alterations, and final approvals
• Ensure quality standards, costing, and timelines are met
• Collaborate closely with master tailors, karigars, and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in women’s wear, preferably in designer or luxury brands
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail
