Fashion Designer – Boutique Experience (10+ Years) Location: Kottayam, Thiruvalla, Ranni, Kerala | Full-Time | In-Store Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and English Roslis, a premium ladies’ top-wear brand, is seeking a Fashion Designer with rich boutique experience to lead the creation of elegant, contemporary, and culturally attuned women’s fashion. We’re looking for someone who not only understands high-quality garment construction but also connects deeply with the preferences of modern Indian women. What You'll Do Design monthly limited-edition collections in alignment with the Roslis aesthetic Work closely with the creative team to bring boutique-level customizations to scalable production Curate styles that resonate with premium customers while maintaining originality and comfort Translate fashion sketches to production-ready designs (patterns, trims, color palettes) Review samples and ensure high standards in fit, fabric, finish, and feel Assist in training and guiding junior designers or sampling staff Liaise with the merchandising and production team for seamless coordination.
