📣 Hiring: Fashion Designer – Women’s Ethnic Wear (Digital Prints)

Fashion Designer

If you have a sharp design sense, love exploring motifs and colors, and want to work deeply in women’s ethnic wear, this role is a great fit.

Location : Surat - Gujarat

🎨 Role Responsibilities

• Research and develop

  digital prints

  for women’s ethnic wear (kurtas, suit sets, dupattas, sarees, fusion wear)
• Create

  mood boards, print concepts, motifs, and colorways

• Assist in developing print layouts and artwork for sampling
• Collaborate with merchandising & production for print execution
• Keep track of market trends, ethnic motifs, crafts, and new design ideas
• Support the overall collection development process
  

📌 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in fashion design (preferably print-focused)
• Strong understanding of

  women’s ethnic wear aesthetics

• Proficiency in

  Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD tools

• Good trend research ability (Pinterest, runway, craft sectors, trend forecasts)

• Preferred Educational Background:

  NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy graduates
