Key Responsibilities Lead B2B and B2C sales of our kids and toddler linenwear across retail, online, and distribution channels. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabric Dyeing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dyeing processes and will oversee the dyeing operations for Polyester, viscose, Nylon , and blended fabrics. The Fabric Dyeing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the dyeing operators, ensuring quality standards, optimizing the use of materials, and maintaining the efficient operation of the Soft flow and Jet Dyeing Machine. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the fabric dyeing process for a variety of fabrics, including Polyester , viscose, and blends, ensuring the highest quality and color consistency. Operate and oversee the operation of Soft flow and Jet Dyeing Machines, ensuring proper machine setup, maintenance, and safe operation. Coordinate and manage dyeing schedules, ensuring timely completion of production orders and meeting delivery deadlines. Monitor dyeing parameters (temperature, time, pH, chemicals) and adjust as needed to achieve desired results. Manage and provide guidance to dyeing operators, ensuring all team members are well-informed about quality standards and safety protocols. Perform quality control checks to ensure fabrics meet the required specifications and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any dyeing-related issues, including color variations, defects, or machine malfunctions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the dyeing process. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs. Maintain accurate records of production batches, dyeing formulations, and other relevant data. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fabric Dyeing Supervisor or in a similar role in the textile industry, with a strong understanding of dyeing processes and techniques. Hands-on experience operating Jigger Dyeing Machines, particularly with cotton, viscose, linen, and blended fabrics. Solid knowledge of dyeing chemistry, color matching, and fabric finishing techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate dyeing operators. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot dyeing and machine issues. Ability to work in both shifts (flexible hours as required by the production schedule). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of health and safety standards in the textile industry. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering or related field. Additional experience with other dyeing machines or techniques is a plus.
