Our collections celebrate innovation, comfort, and storytelling through design—especially in Men’s and Kids’ knitted garments. We’re looking for a passionate designer who brings global sensibilities, technical expertise, and creative flair to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Create original, trend-forward designs for Men’s and Kids’ knitted garments (T-shirts, joggers, hoodies, rompers, etc.)
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with global fashion trends and market demands
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed tech packs and design specs for sampling and production

International Market Alignment

• Research and interpret fashion trends across key global markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, etc.)
• Ensure designs meet international quality standards, sizing norms, and consumer preferences
• Collaborate with overseas buyers, merchandisers, and production teams to align design intent with market needs

Innovation & Aesthetics

• Experiment with printing techniques, fabric finishes, and trims to elevate product appeal
• Contribute to mood boards, color palettes, and storytelling themes for each collection
• Maintain a strong sense of brand identity while pushing creative boundaries

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sampling, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
• Participate in fit sessions, sample reviews, and vendor meetings
• Provide design input for e-commerce listings, packaging, and promotional materials

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio in Men’s and Kids’ knitted garments
• Proven track record of working with international clients or brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
• Strong understanding of knit fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and global fashion sensibilities
