Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of fashion design and fabric design development, and be able to create new designs. They should have skills in draping, garment construction, and pattern making, including measuring, cutting, and designing patterns, as well as grading. Additionally, they should be able to calculate fabric and trim consumption, and averages. The person should also have strong communication skills with Kannada Knowledge to meet with mills for new developments and trend forecasting. Key responsibilities include coordinating with fabric producing mills, fabric sourcing, buying, procurement, and merchandising.
