Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative apparel and accessories that align with current market trends and our brand identity. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to manage the design process from concept to final production.  Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and identify new opportunities. Create original design concepts, detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings (tech packs). Select appropriate fabrics, materials, colors, and patterns, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to develop prototypes and ensure accurate fitting and quality execution. Oversee the entire design process, including fittings and quality control, to ensure products meet brand standards and timelines. Present design concepts and collections to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable fashion practices.
