Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in the design process, from conceptualizing ideas to creating prototypes, and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Assistance:

Support the design team in creating sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.

Assist in developing mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for collections.

2. Trend Research:

Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and materials.

Analyze market trends to identify potential design opportunities.

3. Material Sourcing:

Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and embellishments for collections.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

4. Prototype Development:

Participate in the creation of samples and prototypes.

Provide feedback during fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.

5. Production Support:

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Maintain detailed records of design specifications and production progress.

6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales for campaign alignment.

Support the organization of fashion shows, photoshoots, and other events.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).

Strong sketching and visualization skills.

Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
