About the Role Miss Momo is looking for a Fashion Designer Intern who is passionate about design, understands modern Indian women's fashion, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. This is a full-time paid internship where you will work closely with our Head Designer on day-to-day design development, sample creation, fabric sourcing, production coordination, and conceptualisation of upcoming collections. Key Responsibilities Assisting in design research, mood boards, sketches, and tech packs Coordinating with the pattern master, tailors, and embroidery team Supporting sample development , fittings, and corrections Helping in fabric selection, trims, colour palettes, and sourcing trips Maintaining design sheets, production sheets, and sample logs Assisting in styling and creative direction for Miss Momo shoots Ensuring all designs follow Miss Momo’s aesthetic, quality, and timelines Supporting the Head Designer in daily design-related tasks Requirements Degree/diploma in Fashion Design (or currently pursuing) Strong sketching and basic garment construction knowledge Good understanding of silhouettes, fabrics, and current trends Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic studio environment Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and punctuality What We Offer Stipend: ₹25,000/month Chance to work directly with the Founder on key collections Practical, real-world exposure to design, production, and brand storytelling Growth opportunities into a full-time role based on performance A creative, inclusive, women-first work environment How to Apply Send your: Portfolio CV Short note on “Why Miss Momo?” to [email protected] with the subject line: Application – Fashion Designer Intern Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
