Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and client relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the human resources or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
