Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer (Sportswear & Activewear) who combines creativity, technical expertise, and trend insight to develop functional yet stylish collections. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and performance-driven apparel design tailored for the activewear and athleisure market. Key Responsibilities:Research global fashion trends, colors, and fabrics in sportswear and activewear. Design seasonal collections including T-shirts, lowers, hoodies, tracksuits, and gym wear. Develop mood boards, color stories, and concept sketches. Create and manage detailed tech packs for sampling and production. Coordinate closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution. Ensure product fit, functionality, and quality throughout development. Collaborate with the marketing team for design alignment with brand identity. Mentor junior designers and guide new design concepts. Keep up with sustainability trends and performance fabric innovations. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design. 4–7 years of experience in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure design. Strong understanding of stretch fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
