Ltd., specializing in support garments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of both B2B and direct consumer sales. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to B2B prospects such as retailers, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell support garments. • Handle direct sales inquiries from individual customers and guide them in product selection, usage, and benefits. • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals. • Maintain a database of client information, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. • Build long-term relationships with B2B clients for recurring business. • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor activity. • Provide post-sale customer support and gather feedback to improve service. ______________ Requirements: • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in garments, healthcare, or consumer products. • Experience in both B2B and direct sales environments are highly desirable. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
