Fashion Designer

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative apparel collections aligned with brand identity, market trends, and seasonal themes. The role involves creating original designs, preparing technical sketches, selecting fabrics and trims, and collaborating with production, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver high-quality, market-ready products.

Major resposibilities:

• Research global fashion trends, and consumer preferences to inspire new collections.
• Conceptualize and design seasonal collections, including mood boards, sketches, and color palettes.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for sampling and production.
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into final garments.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design.
• Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern masters, and production teams to align design and business goals.

Qualifications:

Graduation in Fashion Design or relevent field

1-2 years of relevant experience

Desired Skills:

Strong sense of color, fabric, silhouette, and trends.

Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,etc)
