Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to design and develop new clothing collections in line with market trends and company requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of style, color, and fabric, and be able to turn ideas into commercially successful designs. Design and develop trendy apparel collections, research fashion trends, select fabrics, and create innovative clothing designs Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Apparel Technology. Proficiency in design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.). Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques. Good visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: Research current fashion trends, colors, and materials to create new designs. Develop seasonal collections and design sketches (manual or digital). Select fabrics, embellishments, and accessories for each design. Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production teams. Coordinate with pattern makers, sampling teams, and production units. Ensure timely delivery of design samples and approvals. Work closely with the merchandising and marketing team to align designs with customer demand. Maintain proper documentation of design files, samples, and fabric details. Participate in fittings and make necessary alterations to achieve the desired look. Stay updated with global fashion movements and competitor analysis.
