About the Role:

IDeA Design College is hiring a part-time Fashion Design Faculty to teach embroidery, textiles, garment construction, and design fundamentals. Freshers with strong skills are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Help design and fine-tune the curriculum and course modules
• Prepare lesson plans and follow them with discipline
• Prepare assignments and projects, and monitor the performance of students strictly
• Handle all classroom and studio sessions
• Organise workshops, seminars, guest lectures and events
• Take students on site visits and important events happening in the industry.

Qualifications:

Education:

• BSc in Fashion Design (mandatory)

Experience:

• 0–1 year experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge and skills in embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and fashion
• Knowledge of current trends in Fashion Design is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and mentor students to reach their creative potential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
