Fashion Design Faculty

As a Fashion Designer, your role will involve training Fashion Design Degree students to become industry-ready professionals in collaboration with other fashion faculties of the college. Only candidates with a strong portfolio of fashion designing work and relevant industry experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Manual & Digital Illustration, pattern making, grading, draping, surface design, accessory design, and CAD. - Conducting classroom sessions, labs, and online sessions while providing one-to-one guidance and counseling to students. - Offering timely feedback to students on their assignments, internal tests, and projects. - Monitoring student performance and progress. - Introducing new concepts, designs, systems, and fostering out-of-the-box thinking in the teaching process. Qualifications Required: - B.Des. in Fashion Design from NIFT. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the fashion design industry. - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. - Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fashion CAD software.
