Fashion Design Faculty

Role Overview: As a Fashion Design Faculty member at JD Institute of Fashion Technology in Kochi, your main responsibility will be to educate and guide students in various aspects of fashion design. You will also be involved in creating and enhancing curriculum, providing feedback on student projects, and staying updated on industry trends. Active participation in departmental meetings and contribution to program improvement is expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Educate and guide students in fashion design - Develop and enhance curriculum and lesson plans - Provide constructive feedback on student projects - Stay informed about the latest trends in the fashion industry - Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Fashion Design, Pattern Making & Garment Construction, Textile Design, Fashion Styling, or Fashion Communication - Ability to create engaging curriculum and lesson plans - Strong mentoring and student development skills - Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry standards - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Collaboration with colleagues and students - Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred - Prior teaching experience is advantageous,
