Additionally, you will actively engage in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the fashion design program. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Fashion Design, Pattern Making & Garment Construction, Textile Design, Fashion Styling, or Fashion Communication. You must demonstrate the ability to craft and deliver captivating curriculum and lesson plans, exhibit strong mentoring and student development capabilities, stay informed about current fashion trends and industry standards, and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
