As an Assistant Professor in Graphic Design at IDeA Design College, your role will involve inspiring and guiding students to excel in creative thinking, design execution, and industry-relevant skills. You will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for teaching, creativity, and design innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and studio sessions in graphic design. - Mentor and guide students on design projects, portfolios, and industry competitions. - Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student assignments and creative work. - Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and experimentation. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Graduation in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Liberal Arts is preferred. - **Experience:** 13 years of teaching experience in Graphic Design (freshers with a strong portfolio may apply). - **Skills and Competencies:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) 2D and 3D Animation and other relevant tools. - Strong conceptual thinking and design execution skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to inspire and mentor students to reach their creative potential.
