You will handle social media for three verticals: IDeA Design College, Giraffe Learning, and Thomas Abraham (Creative Thought Leadership).

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to manage the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for all three brands.

You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence from planning and shooting content to writing captions, driving engagement, and growing our online audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all three brands.
• Prepare shoot schedules, direct photo/video shoots, and assign editing tasks.
• Write engaging captions and ensure smooth posting as per schedule.
• Maintain the flow of content across all platforms.

Growth & Engagement

• Drive organic and inorganic growth across social platforms.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers for campaigns.
• Cover campus events and post live stories.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions promptly.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and social media best practices.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in handling various social media platforms.
• Excellent command of English : writing, copywiting, and proofreading.
• Good understanding of Reels, Stories, Videos and Posts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• A confident personality with a creative mindset.
• A Hands-on experience on Canva and video editing tools is preferred.
• Must bring your own laptop during the probation period (office system provided post-confirmation).
