Job Description

Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Hiring, training and scheduling-Recruit, train and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
Address and resolve conflicts between employees or with customers.
Oversee inventory levels, order products and ensure stock is available to meet customer demand.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Plan and implement store layouts and display to maximize sales and customer experience.
Oversee the receiving, processing and storage of inventory.
Manage the store's budget, track expenses and analyze financial reports.
Set and work towards achieving Sales targets.
Implement strategies to control costs and improve profitability.
Customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft and other losses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
