Fashion Consultant- Retail Store

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Fashion Consultant at our Retail store in Gurugram. As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, excellent communication, customer service, and driving sales through personalized interactions with clients. You will deliver personalized fashion and styling consultations to clients, maintaining a deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy. Collaboration with the buying and visual merchandising teams to align style choices with product availability will be essential. Additionally, you will monitor client preferences, introduce them to new collections, and drive sales through personalized recommendations, supporting the achievement of individual and store sales targets while ensuring the store maintains a premium presentation standard. To excel in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail. A strong understanding of fashion trends and styling is crucial, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele. You should be able to drive sales and exceed targets through personalized styling, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.,
