Fashion Consultant- Gurugram

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at a Retail store in Gurugram. As a Fashion Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide product knowledge, fashion consulting, excellent communication, customer service, and drive sales through personalized interactions with clients. You will deliver personalized fashion and styling consultations to clients, maintaining a deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy. Collaboration with the buying and visual merchandising teams to align style choices with product availability will be essential. Monitoring client preferences, introducing them to new collections, and driving sales through personalized recommendations are key aspects of your role. Your support in achieving individual and store sales targets is crucial. Ensuring the store maintains a premium presentation standard will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail. A strong understanding of fashion trends and styling is necessary. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are vital. Knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele is preferred. Your ability to drive sales and exceed targets through personalized styling, combined with strong organizational and time management skills, will contribute to your success in this role.,
