Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting appropriate styles and outfits while providing expert advice on fashion trends, product options, and styling tips. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, offering personalized consultations, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to sales targets by building relationships with clients and understanding their preferences.

Qualifications

• In-depth Product Knowledge and expertise in Fashion Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve sales targets
• An understanding of current fashion trends and styling techniques
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized service
• Prior experience in fashion retail or a similar field is a plus
• Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset
