Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Online Offline Fashion Consultant located in Delhi, India. The role involves providing personalized fashion consulting, assisting clients with product selections both in-store and online, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include offering product expertise, driving sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through superior service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and in-depth understanding of products, styles, and Indian craftsmanship
• Experience in fashion consulting, styling, and providing personalized recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Proven customer service skills and a customer-first approach
• Demonstrated ability in driving sales and achieving targets
• Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or consulting roles within the fashion industry is a bonus
