Fashion Assistant

As a Customer Stylist at our store, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting outfits that perfectly align with their personal style, body type, and specific needs. By offering expert suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories, you will help create a cohesive and stylish look for each customer. In order to excel in this role, it is crucial to maintain a deep understanding of our store's inventory, including new arrivals and ongoing promotions. You should also be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and various styling options for different pieces, ensuring that you can provide valuable insights to our customers. Furthermore, you will play a key role in visual merchandising by ensuring that the store's presentation reflects current trends and seasonal themes. Collaborating with the team, you will work on creating visually appealing displays that attract and inspire our customers to explore our offerings. Building strong relationships with customers is another essential aspect of the job. By understanding their style preferences and needs, you will be able to provide tailored recommendations and follow up with regular customers on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them. Your contribution towards achieving sales goals is vital. You will be expected to drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience, suggesting add-ons or complete looks, and promoting items effectively to meet personal and store sales targets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The required education is a Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and the preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in apparel, sales, and fashion retail. The work location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
