As a Customer Stylist, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in selecting outfits that perfectly align with their personal style, body type, and specific needs. You will provide valuable suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to help create a cohesive and stylish look. Your role will also involve maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and ongoing promotions. You will need to be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for various pieces to offer informed recommendations to customers. In addition to assisting customers, you will play a key role in visual merchandising. This includes ensuring that the store's presentation reflects current trends and seasonal themes. Collaborating with the team, you will contribute to creating visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers. Customer relationship management is another essential aspect of this role. You will be required to build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their style preferences to provide tailored recommendations in the future. Following up with regular customers on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them will also be part of your responsibilities. To contribute to the store's success, you will be expected to drive sales by delivering a seamless shopping experience and encouraging customers to add on items or complete their looks. Meeting personal and store sales targets through effective promotion of items will be crucial to your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 1 year of experience in apparel, fashion retail, and sales. Proficiency in English is required, and the work location will be in person at Hyderabad, Telangana.,
