As a Customer Stylist, your role will involve assisting customers in selecting outfits that align with their personal style, body type, and needs. You will offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to create a cohesive look. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions. - Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces. - Ensure the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes. - Work with the team to create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers. - Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences for future recommendations. - Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and encouraging add-ons or complete looks. - Meet personal and store sales targets by promoting items effectively. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). - Experience: 1 year in apparel, fashion retail, and sales. - Language: English. - Work Location: In person.
