As a Customer Stylist, your main responsibility will be assisting customers in selecting outfits that perfectly align with their personal style, body type, and needs. You will be expected to offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to help them create a cohesive and stylish look. In order to excel in this role, you must maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions. It is essential to be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces to provide valuable assistance to the customers. As part of your duties, you will also be involved in visual merchandising to ensure that the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes. Working collaboratively with the team, you will create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers to explore the latest collections. Building strong customer relationships is key in this role. You will be required to establish lasting connections with customers, understanding their style preferences to provide tailored recommendations for future purchases. Following up with regular customers on upcoming launches or promotions will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of sales goals, you will be responsible for driving sales by creating a seamless shopping experience for customers and encouraging add-ons or complete looks. Meeting personal and store sales targets by effectively promoting items will be crucial to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
