Hasiru Farmlands is a fast-growing managed farmland company committed to sustainable agriculture and eco-conscious development. We operate across multiple prime locations in Karnataka, managing farmland projects with a focus on horticulture, organic farming, and innovative agri-practices.

Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable Farm Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our managed farmlands. Ideal candidates will have a background in Agriculture or Horticulture and should be willing to work from our farm locations across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-ground farming activities including plantation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
• Oversee workforce management and ensure optimum productivity.
• Maintain farm records, crop plans, and inventory.
• Implement best agricultural practices with a focus on sustainability and yield optimization.
• Coordinate with agronomists, vendors, and senior management.
• Ensure timely execution of all agri-operations as per project schedules.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture .
• 0–2 years of relevant farm management experience preferred; freshers with good practical exposure may also apply.
• Willingness to be stationed at farm sites across Karnataka is mandatory.
• Strong communication, team management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Kannada is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications, along with food and accommodation facilities at the farm.
