Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations, including irrigation management, crop cultivation, and poultry management. The role involves monitoring farm activities, supervising farm workers, ensuring the proper use of farm equipment, and optimizing farm productivity and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Farm Management and Agriculture practices
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems and techniques
• Experience with Organic management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Relevant degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
