About Us Our farm is dedicated to cow seva (service to adopted cows) and sustainable agriculture. Along with ensuring the well-being of our cows, we cultivate vegetables, flowers, and trees while maintaining important farm assets such as solar systems, tractors, and inverters. The farm is not only a shelter for cows but also a place where agriculture is practiced responsibly and profitably. We are seeking a Farm Manager who is compassionate towards cows, skilled in agriculture, and experienced in managing farm workers and assets. Key Responsibilities Cow Care & Seva: Daily feeding, grooming, and care of adopted cows. Monitor health, arrange timely veterinary check-ups, and ensure a clean environment. Treat cows with love, patience, and respect. Agriculture & Farm Planning: Plan and supervise cultivation of vegetables, flowers, and trees. Decide which crops to grow in which fields to ensure profitability and soil health . Implement best farming practices: crop rotation, organic manures, and irrigation planning. Maintain records of harvests, yields, and farm profitability. Farm Assets & Equipment: Manage and maintain tractors, solar panels, inverters, water systems, and other equipment. Ensure timely servicing, repair, and safe use of assets. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide farm workers in cow care, farming, and cleanliness. Allocate work schedules and ensure tasks are completed effectively. Train workers on proper farming and animal care practices. Cleanliness & Order: Ensure cow sheds, fields, and storage areas are clean and organized. Oversee proper waste management and composting practices. Skills & Qualifications Experience in animal husbandry, dairy, or agriculture management . Knowledge of crop planning, seasonal farming, and profitable cultivation practices . Familiarity with farm machinery, solar systems, and irrigation systems. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise workers effectively. Record-keeping ability for farm activities and expenses.
