Job Description – Poultry Farm Manager
Farm managers supervise staff, monitor crops and animals, and handle various administrative tasks. They prepare budgets, purchase supplies, maintain relationships with vendors and clients, and ensure maximum profitability.
Responsible for managing overall farm operations including bird health, feeding, vaccination, hygiene, and record-keeping. Will supervise staff, ensure biosecurity, and coordinate with suppliers/vets to maximize production and minimize costs. Candidate should have experience in poultry management, knowledge of nutrition and disease control, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
