We operate across multiple prime locations in Karnataka, managing farmland projects with a focus on horticulture, organic farming, and innovative agri-practices. Position Overview: We are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable Farm Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our managed farmlands. Ideal candidates will have a background in Agriculture or Horticulture and should be willing to work from our farm locations across Karnataka. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-ground farming activities including plantation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting. Oversee workforce management and ensure optimum productivity. Maintain farm records, crop plans, and inventory. Implement best agricultural practices with a focus on sustainability and yield optimization. Coordinate with agronomists, vendors, and senior management. Ensure timely execution of all agri-operations as per project schedules. Requirements: Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture . 0–2 years of relevant farm management experience preferred; freshers with good practical exposure may also apply. Willingness to be stationed at farm sites across Karnataka is mandatory. Strong communication, team management, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
