Position : Sales Executive Managed Farmlands 5 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through inbound/outbound leads, field visits, and digital channels
• Explain project details, investment benefits, and ROI potential to prospective buyers
• Conduct site visits and property tours at our farmland locations
• Build relationships with clients and guide them through the entire sales process
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 03 years of sales experience (real estate, agri-sales, or investment products preferred)
• Flexible for higher positions depending on the knowledge & experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local language is a must
• Ability to work independently and manage leads proactively
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or nature-based living is a plus
