Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Rajajeshwarinagar, Bangalore

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Compensation: ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of all statutory deductions)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage labor and materials, ensure work quality, and maintain safety protocols. The role involves coordinating with project teams to ensure timely execution of work as per standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site activities related to civil and infrastructure works.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Manage and coordinate labourers, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and wastage is minimized.
• Report daily progress, delays, and challenges to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate site inspections, quality checks, and material verification.
• Maintain work logs, material logs, and labour attendance records.
• Ensure safety equipment is used properly and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients or consultants during site visits as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills and reporting ability.

Working Conditions:

• 6-day working week & Rotational Weekly Off
• On-site role with mobility between multiple project locations if required
• May involve long hours during peak construction phases

Remuneration:

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 (inclusive of all statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
• No additional allowances unless specified in writing
