Faculty position for Finance

As an experienced academic professional, your role at IMT CDL, Ghaziabad will involve teaching, research, and conducting Management Development Programs (MDPs) in various areas such as Finance, Equity Markets, Derivatives, Business Valuation, Behavioral Finance, Fintech, Blockchain, Mergers and Acquisitions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Effectively educating distance learners using engaging methods both online and offline. - Developing curriculum and instruction for Financial Management specialization courses. - Serving as a passionate guide and mentor to students. - Leading the instructional team to align learning activities with program objectives. - Designing Self Learning Material and assessing the effectiveness of educational strategies. - Presenting scholarly papers, representing the Institute at conferences, and undertaking consultancy assignments. - Creating and delivering corporate training programs and MDPs. - Developing industry-relevant certificate courses and performing other academic-related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have: - Over ten years of teaching experience in both offline and online modes. - Strong background in training, research, and consultancy. - Post-graduation and PhD in relevant discipline(s). - Knowledge of instructional design and student interaction in Open and Distance Learning system.
