Faculty position for Operations Management

As an Academic Faculty at IMT CDL in Ghaziabad, you will have the following responsibilities: - Educate distance learners in online/offline modes by engaging them creatively. - Prepare curriculum and instruction for Operations Management specialization courses. - Serve as an effective guide and mentor to students with passion for the subject. - Drive the instructional team to promote learning activities consistent with programme objectives. - Design, develop, and create Self Learning Material. - Evaluate learning strategies" effectiveness and outcomes to meet students" needs. - Present and publish scholarly papers, represent the Institute at conferences/seminars/workshops. - Undertake consultancy assignments and industry interactions. - Create and deliver corporate training programmes and MDPs. - Lead the development of core and industry-relevant certificate courses. - Perform other academic-related duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum ten years of relevant teaching experience in offline/online modes. - Proven track record in training, research, and consultancy. - Post graduation, PhD in a relevant discipline(s). - Knowledge of instructional design, student interaction in the Open and Distance Learning system.
